Side) appearing for the respondent Police, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.9826 of 2026 dated 03.06.2026, is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Melur, once in a week, i.e., on every Tuesday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of six weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation. 4.
