ORDER This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Condition No.6(b) of the order passed in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.11327 of 2026 dated 17.06.2026 that “the https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis petitioner shall report before the learned Jurisdictional Magistrate, at 10.30 a.m., on all working days, until further orders”. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is a lady and that there is a life threat to her from the relatives of the deceased in Thiruchuli. Hence, the learned counsel prays to modify the said condition. 3. Considering the fact that the petitioner is a lady and that there is a life threat to her, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.11327 of 2026 dated 17.06.2026, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.2, Madurai, at 10.30 a.m., on all working days, for a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation. 4.
