Side) appearing for the respondent Police, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.9633 of 2026 dated 02.06.2026, is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the Trial Court once in a week i.e., on every Tuesday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of eight weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation. 4.
