This Writ Petition has been filed for setting aside the order dated 28.02.2025, passed by learned court of Civil Judge (Senior Division), Roorkee, District Haridwar in Execution Case No.12 of 2009. 2 . Heard Mr. Navneet Kaushik, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Saurav Adhikari, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents. 3 . Mr. Navneet Kaushik, Advocate, on instruction, has requested to permit the petitioner to withdraw the present petition with a liberty to file afresh with better particulars. 4 . The said request has not been opposed by the respondents. 5 . The present writ petition (WPMS No.356 of 2026) is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition as prayed, but in accordance with law.
