ORDER This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.9371 of https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 2026 dated 04.06.2026 that “the petitioner shall report before the Special POCSO Court, Thanjavur, on all working days at 10.30 a.m., until further orders”. 2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner has complied with the aforesaid condition only for 24 days. He would further submit that investigation has been completed and a final report has been filed before the concerned Court. 3. Considering the above submission, though the petitioner has complied with the condition only for 24 days, considering the fact that investigation is concluded and final report is also filed, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.9371 of 2026 dated 04.06.2026, is relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the concerned Court on receipt of summons. The other conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.9371 of 2026 dated 04.06.2026 shall remain unaltered. 4.
