The allegation against the petitioner is that the petitioner has summoned the passers by and assaulted them using knife and they were constrained to be in hospital for 9 years. Hence, the case. 3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent persons and he has been falsely implicated in this case. He further submitted that the petitioner is ready to abide by any stringent condition that may be imposed by this Court. Hence, he prays to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police reiterated the prosecution case and submitted that the investigation is pending. 5. Considering the gravity of the offence committed by the petitioner as against the passerby, this Court is of the firm view that the petitioner does not deserve anticipatory bail at this stage. 6.
