This C24 application has been filed with the prayer to transfer Matrimonial Case No.43 of 2024, “Shri Pankaj Kumar Vs. Smt. Anita Devi”, under Section 13(1)(ia)(ib) of Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 from the Court of learned Judge, Pauri, District Pauri Garhwal to the Court of learned Judge, Family Court, Dehradun, District Dehradun. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicant is having five years’ minor daughter; that, the applicant is totally dependent on her parents, who are taking care of the applicant and her minor daughter; and that, the applicant being a helpless lady, she cannot attend the Court at 1 2026:UHC:1740 Pauri on each and every date of hearing with minor daughter who is five years old. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent have stated that they have no objection if the case is transferred from District Pauri to District Dehradun. 5. Accordingly, the instant C24 application is allowed. Thus, the Matrimonial Case No.43 of 2024, “Shri Pankaj Kumar Vs. Smt. Anita Devi”, under Section 13(1)(ia)(ib) of Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 is transferred from the Court of learned Judge, Pauri, District Pauri Garhwal to the Court of learned Judge, Family Court, Dehradun, District Dehradun. 6. As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand disposed of. 7.
