ORDER This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.21122 of 2025 dated 17.04.2026 that “the petitioner shall report before trial Court on all working days at 10.30 a.m., and 5.30 pm., until further orders”. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court. 3. Considering the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.21122 of 2025 dated 17.04.2026, is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the trial Court once in a week, i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of eight weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation. 4.
