JUSTICE S.R.KRISHNA KUMAR ORAL ORDER In this petition, the petitioner has sought for the following reliefs: “a) Writ in the nature of mandamus directing the Respondent authorities to extend the salary grants with effect from 07.08.2003 instead from 01.04.2008 on par with the other employees working in the schools running under the Respondent No.4 management. - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:21325 WP No. 11934 of 2026 b) Issue a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent authorities to consider the representations dated 26.03.2026 made to the Respondent No.1 to 4 so as to extend the salary grants with effect from 07.08.2003 instead from 01.04.2008 on par with the other employees working in the schools running under the Respondent No.4 management. c) Direct the respondent authorities to release the arrears of salaries and difference of salaries in favour of the petitioner with effect from 07.08.2003 instead from 01.04.2008 on par with the other employees working in the schools running under the Respondent No.4 management and all other consequential service benefits. d) Any other Writ, Order or Directions as this Hon'ble Court deems fit, in the circumstance of the case and for cost in the interest of justice and equity. ” 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AGA for the respondents and perused the material on record. 3. It is the grievance of the petitioner that Annexure - E legal notice/representation dated 18.03.2026 /26.03.2026 submitted to the respondents has not been considered so far by them nor any order has been passed on the same. Under these - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:21325 WP No. 11934 of 2026 circumstances, the petitioner is before this Court by way of the present petition. 4. Per contra, learned counsel for the respondents submits that if reasonable time is given, they would consider and pass necessary order on the said representation. 5. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances and rival submissions, the respondents are hereby directed to address the grievances of the petitioner and consider Annexure - E legal notice/representation dated 18.03.2026 /26.03.2026 and pass appropriate order / take appropriate decision in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.
