Side) appearing for the respondent Police and taking into account that the petitioner is a woman having an infant child to breastfeed, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.OP(MD)No.10557 of 2026 dated 09.06.2026, is modified and that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in fifteen days, i.e., on first week and third week Monday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of three months and thereafter as and when required for interrogation. 4.
