Mr. Yugansh Mittal, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits, that on earlier occasions the petitioner’s sister has stood surety for him but now she has relocated to her hometown in District Azamgarh, Uttar Pradesh; and there is no one who is willing to stand surety for him in Delhi.
