According to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the petitioner was working as a cashier in the third respondent hotel and was removed from the job in the month of May. Thereafter, a false complaint has been lodged as against the petitioner. The petitioner though cooperated for enquiry, he has been harassed by the police. 3. The learned Counsel for State of TN (Crl.Side) appearing for the second respondent submitted that there is misappropriation of Rs.20,00,000/- (Rupees Twenty Lakhs only) as against the petitioner herein and they are conducting the enquiry. 4.
