The complainant has filed the present complaint alleging wilful disobedience of the order dated 10.02.2025 passed by the learned Single Judge in W.P.No.15817/2020 (GM-RES) whereby, a writ of mandamus has been issued directing the accused to consider the representations submitted by the complainant which was annexed as Annexure-A series of the writ petition. 2. The accused has filed a compliance affidavit stating that the representations have been considered. It is stated that the issues raised by the complainant were considered in the year 2012 and 2020 as well.
