ORDER This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.10312 of https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 2026 dated 08.06.2026 that “the petitioner shall report before the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Kovilpatti daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders”. 2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court for 23 days. 3. Considering the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.10312 of 2026 dated 08.06.2026, is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Kovilpatti once in a week, i.e., on every Tuesday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of six weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation. 4.
