This is an application filed under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, (BNSS) 2023 praying for grant of bail to the accused applicant in connection with Baghbar P.S. Case No.60/2025, registered under Section 64 of BNS, 2023 read with Section 6 of POCSO Act. 3. The learned Addl. P.P. submits that in the instant case, the charge-sheet has already been filed vide Charge-sheet No.77/2025 dated 30.11.2025. 4. It is seen that vide order dated 25.11.2025, the accused applicant was granted interim bail in the instant case. 5. In view of the aforesaid, the learned counsel appearing for the accused applicant submits that he should be granted protection until he appears before the learned Trial Court. 6. In view of the aforesaid facts, the interim order passed on 25.11.2025 is extended until the appearance of the accused applicant before the learned Trial Court in connection with Baghbar P.S. Case No. 60/2025. 7. Accordingly, the bail application stands disposed of. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
