ORDER This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.6681 of https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 2026 dated 30.04.2026 that “the petitioner shall report before the trial Court daily at 10.30 a.m., and 5.00 p.m., until further orders”. 2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court from 11.05.2026. 3. Considering the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.6681 of 2026 dated 30.04.2026, is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the Trial Court once in a week, i.e., on every Tuesday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. 4.
