ORDER This petition has been filed seeking to modify the condition No.8(c) imposed in the order dated 10.07.2025 made in Crl.RC(MD)No.832/2025, ie., the petitioner shall deposit the original registration certificate of the vehicle before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.V, Trichy. 2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that, pursuant to the order of https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis this Court dated 10.07.2025 made in Crl.R.C.(MD) No.832 of 2025, the petitioner had deposited the original Registration Certificate (RC) book of his vehicle before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.V, Tiruchirappalli. However, the petitioner is now in need of the original RC book for the purpose of renewal of the vehicle registration. Hence, the petitioner has approached this Court with the aforesaid prayer. 3. In view of the above, the learned Judicial Magistrate No.V, Tiruchirappalli, is directed to release the original RC book to the petitioner for the limited purpose of renewal of the vehicle registration, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Upon completing the renewal process, the petitioner shall return the original RC book to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.V, Tiruchirappalli, within a period of six weeks thereafter. 4.
