P.P. …...... 03/ 02.04.2026: This bail application has been filed by the petitioner under Sections 483 & 484 of BNSS, 2023 wherein, prayer has been made for grant of bail as he is in custody for allegedly committing offence punishable under Sections 111(2)(b), 317(2), 317(5), 318(4), 319(2), 336(3), 338, 340(2) of the B.N.S., 2023, Sections 66(B) (C) (D) of the Information Technology Act and under Section 42(3)(e) of the Telecommunication Act, 2023. 2. Heard, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the State and have also gone through the impugned order. 3. Learned Spl. P.P. opposes the prayer for bail. 4. There is an allegation that this petitioner along with others is committing cyber fraud by using mobile phones. The SIM Cards were obtained on the basis of forged documents. The mobile phones were used to call several persons for committing cheating. 5. Considering the aforesaid fact, I am not inclined to grant privilege of bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner in connection with Jamtara Cyber Crime P.S. Case No.66 of 2025, pending in the Court of learned Special Judge, Cyber Crime, Jamtara stands rejected. 6. Accordingly, this bail application is dismissed. 7.
