Side) JUDGMENT The appellant is the 2nd accused in Cr.No.111 of 2026 on the file of the Vattathikkottai Police Station, Thanjavur District. He was arrested on 19.05.2026 in connection with the case in Cr.No.111 of 2026 for the offence under Sections 108, 351(2) of BNS and Section 4 of TNPECI r/w. Sections 3(1)(r), 3(1)(s) and 3(2)(va) of SC/ST (PoA) Act, 2015. He moved a bail petition before the trial Court in Crl.M.P.No.363 of 2026 and the same was dismissed by the trial Court, by order dated 15.06.2026. Challenging the same, the present criminal appeal has been filed seeking bail. 2. Earlier, the appellant has filed a Criminal Appeal before this Court in Crl.A.(MD)No.596 of 2026, challenging the order dated 25.05.2026 passed by the trial Court in Crl.M.P.No.330 of 2026, dismissing the bail petition filed by the appellant. No.754 of 2026 was a demand of exorbitant interest made by the accused, which forced the deceased to commit suicide, has rejected the appeal, by passing a detailed order dated 08.06.2026. 3. Today, when this Court enquired with the respondent Police as to whether the investigation had been completed, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the postmortem report is still awaited and, therefore, the investigation has not yet been completed. 4.
