ORDER This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.3723 of https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 2026 dated 10.04.2026, which was subsequently modified in Crl.M.P.(MD).No. 9757 of 2026 dated 06.05.2026, that “the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on the first and 15th day of every English Calendar month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders”. 2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court. 3. Considering the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.9757 of 2026 in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.3723 of 2026 dated 06.05.2026, is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent Police once in a week, i.e., on every Saturday at 5.00 pm., for a period of four weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation. 4.
