According to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the petitioner is a pawnbroker and had repledged the jewels in the bank in groups and therefore, he is not in a position to permit the pledgers to redeem them in piecemeal manner. He is also ready for mediation and he will return the jewels in a phased manner. 3.
