The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed by this Court for 44 days. 3. Considering the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.22263 of 2025 dated 27.04.2026, is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent Police once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of four weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation. 4.
