Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 to provide police force for ensuring effective compliance of the order dated 19.07.2024, passed under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act, 2002 by the Hon’ble District Magistrate, Dehradun in Case No. 60 of 2024 for assistance in taking physical possession of the Secured Asset, expeditiously within a period to be determined by this Hon’ble Court in the interest of justice and equity; ” (3) The relief as sought in the writ petition cannot be granted. This Court is not meant for enforcing orders passed by District Magistrate. If petitioner has any grievance, he can approach the concerned authority or can invoke powers under SARFAESI Act, 2002. Writ petition thus fails and is dism issed.
