JUSTICE SANDEEP TANEJA Order 18/02/2026 1. This bail application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner under Section 483 of B.N.S.S. in connection with FIR No. 224/2014 registered at Police Station Rajakhera, District Dholpur for offences under Sections 307 IPC and Section 25(3) of Arms Act. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present matter pertains to bail jump as the petitioner was earlier enlarged on bail by this Court. Learned counsel further submits that the petitioner, being a labourer, went out of State to earn his livelihood and for the aforesaid reason he could not appear before the trial Court on the date of hearing, resulting into forfeiture of his bail bonds by the Trial Court. Learned counsel also submits that the petitioner was arrested on 02.02.2026, in compliance of (2 of 2) [CRLMB-2851/2026] the standing warrant and since then he is in custody. He further submits that the petitioner shall not impede the course of trial, he is ready to abide by the conditions imposed by this Court and assures that the petitioner shall not make any attempt to jump the bail again, therefore, in the interest of justice, the bail applica- tion of the petitioner may be allowed. 3. Per contra, learned Public Prosecutor vehemently opposes the bail application. 4. Taking into consideration the overall facts and circumstances of the case; the arguments advanced by learned counsel for the petitioner but without expressing any opinion on merits / demerits of the case, this Court deems it just and proper to enlarge the petitioner on bail. 5. Therefore, this bail application under Section 483 of BNSS is allowed and accused-petitioner Niranjan S/o Badan Singh is ordered to be released on bail provided he furnishes a personal bond in the sum of Rs. 50,000/- with two sureties of Rs. 25,000/- each, out of whom one surety should be a close relative of the petitioner, to the satisfaction of the trial Court for his appearance before the court concerned on all the dates of hearing as and when called upon to do so.
