According to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the petitioner is a construction contractor and he had engaged the third respondent for supply of scaffolding in the construction site. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner further submitted that the business transaction has been converted into a criminal case. 4. Considering the above said facts, the second respondent is directed to complete the enquiry within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after strictly complying with the provisions of law. 6.
