VIBHU BAKHRU, CHIEF JUSTICE) 1. The complainant has filed the present complaint alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 23.08.2024 passed by the learned Single Judge of this Court in Writ Petition No.2259/2024 (S-R). In terms of the said order, the learned Single Judge had directed the Karnataka State Warehousing Corporation to release the retirement benefits to the complainant within a period of three months from the date of receipt of the order. The Court had further directed that if the amount is not released within the said period, the complainant would be entitled to interest at the rate of 9% per - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:22883-DB CCC No. 782 of 2025 annum from the date of retirement till the date of payment, which would be recovered from the officer responsible for the delay. 2. The learned counsel for the complainant states that the entire amount has been received. 3. In view of the above, the complaint is closed. 4. All pending applications are also disposed of.
