It has been submitted by the learned senior counsel appearing for the parties that a similar and analogous writ petition is being considered presently by Hon’ble Justice A. Guneshwar Sharma and the learned senior counsels submitted that this matter may be placed before the Hon’ble Justice A. Guneshwar Sharma for his consideration along with the analogous writ petition being WP(C) No. 413 of 2026. It has also been submitted by the learned senior counsel appearing for the parties that the said writ petition cannot be taken up by this court. In view of the submission made above, registry is directed to place this matter before the Hon’ble Chief Justice for his consideration for assigning and listing these cases before the appropriate bench.
