In all the earlier orders passed in these matters the number of the appeal in respect of ‘Birbhum District Central Cooperative Bank Limited and Others – versus – Chhabi Bhattacharya and Another’ be corrected as ‘FMA 1453 of 2025’ in place of ‘MAT 1453 of 2025’. 2. This error was pointed out to us at the time of delivery of the judgment. 3. Accordingly, the number of the said appeal stands corrected in all the orders. 4.
