Considering the circumstances, WPLRT 197 of 2026 is disposed of by requesting the Second Bench of the West Bengal Land Reforms and Tenancy Tribunal, Kolkata to conclude the hearing and dispose of the proceedings pertaining to OA 91 of 2023 (LRTT) positively within June 30, 2027. 5.
