The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 3rd respondent to issue the Driving Licence based on the driving test completed pursuant to Application No.2464382926 dated 06.06.2026. 3. The petitioner applied for Driving license for a light motor vehicle (private) and had appeared for a driving test on 08.06.2026, however, after the test was completed, no license has been issued. 4. Recording the same, this Writ Petition stands disposed of by directing the third respondent to issue a licence to the petitioner based on the test that was conducted on 08.06.2026, after completing the procedural requirements associated with the issuance of the licence, immediately.
