The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), appearing for the respondent Police, reiterated the prosecution case and submitted that the investigation is still pending. He would further submit that, if the petitioner is granted anticipatory bail, there is every likelihood of her absconding and indulging in similar offences in future. From the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), it is seen that the investigation is still pending. It is also evident that, if anticipatory bail is granted to the petitioner, it is likely to have an adverse impact on society. Considering the antecedents of the petitioner, the nature of the allegations and the interest of society at large, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 6.
