When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the first respondent/Police submitted that the investigation is already complete and that a final report has also been filed on 05.03.2026 on the file of the Mahila Court, Thiruvarur in e-filing No.LTN20220002411C202600011 and that it is yet to be taken on file. 3. In view of the submission that the charge sheet has already been filed in the month of March, 2026, the Mahila Court, Thiruvarur, shall do well to verify and take the final report on file as expeditiously as possible, if it is otherwise found to be in order. 4. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of, keeping it open for the petitioner to take all pleas during the trial or against the final report filed as the case may be, if he chooses to.
