The learned counsel for the petitioner represents that the petitioner is getting pension with effect from 01.05.2026 3. Sri N. Srihari, learned Standing Counsel for ZPP, MPP and Gram Panchayat appearing for the respondents submits that in compliance of the order of the Court, the respondents paid pension to the petitioner from the date of stopping the pension till the date of order in the writ petition. 4. Considering the above factual position, in my considered view, no further adjudication is required in this contempt case. 5. Accordingly, the contempt case is closed. 6. No order as to costs. 7. It is open to the petitioner to seek redressal of the grievance, if the payment of pension is stopped illegally in future.
