Mr. Anil Anthwal, learned counsel for the petitioner. 2. Mr. Ganesh Kandpal, learned Deputy Advocate General for the State. 3. By the instant petition, petitioner is praying for following reliefs: “i. Issue a writ of Mandamus directing the respondent no. 4 to give permission for advertisement on the posts of Assistant Teacher (LT) (Hindi) and Assistant Teacher (LT) (Mathematics) in SVMKJHSS, Kweedang (Khothi), Nailchami, District Tehri Garhwal. ii. Issue a writ of Mandamus directing the respondent no. 4 to constitute a panel of experts for recruitment / interview process on the posts of Assistant Teacher (LT) (Hindi) and Assistant Teacher (LT) (Mathematics) in the said institution.” 4. It is argued by learned counsel for the petitioner that in fact, the issue as raised in the present petition is squarely covered by the judgment passed by this Court in WPSS No. 3505 of 2023 (Committee of Management Vs. State of Uttarakhand and others) decided on 20.12.2023. 5. Mr. Ganesh Kandpal, learned Deputy Advocate General for the State have not disputed that the issue as raised in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the aforesaid judgment. 6. In view of the submission as above, present writ petition is disposed of in terms of judgment passed by this Court in WPSS No. 3505 of 2023 (Committee of Management Vs. State of Uttarakhand and others) decided on 20.12.2023. (Rakesh Thapliyal, J.) 09.01.2026 SKS
