That respondent may kindly be directed to consider the case of the petitioners for granting the two additional increments on completion of 20 years of service as per notification dated 10.09.2015 (Annexure P-1) as well as orders of This Hon'ble High Court which has been upheld by the Apex court. ii. Those respondents may kindly be directed to consider and decide the Representation (Annexure P-4) of the Petitioner accordance with law.” 2. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that in the interregnum, a decision has been taken by the Department to confer the benefit, which is being prayed for by the petitioner. This is not denied by learned Counsel for the respondents. 3. Therefore, this petition is disposed of with the direction that let the case of the petitioner for grant of relief prayed for in the petition be considered in light of the consolidated instructions dated 20.12.2025 within a period of six weeks from today.
