No.98 of 1996 within the time frame fixed by this Court. For Petitioner(s): Mr.N.Manoharan ORDER The revision petitioner seeks a direction for the expeditious disposal of the final decree application in I.A. No.296 of 2014 in O.S. On perusal of the records, it is seen that the preliminary decree was passed as early as in the year 1997. Though the preliminary decree has attained finality, the final decree application, filed in the year 2014, has remained pending without disposal for nearly twelve years. 3. In the light of the above, this Court is of the view that no serious prejudice would be caused to any of the parties, if a direction is issued for the expeditious disposal of the final decree proceedings. Accordingly, the learned Sub Judge, Bhavani, is directed to dispose of I.A. No.296 of 2014 in O.S. No.98 of 1996, being the final decree application in the partition suit, on or before 30.04.2027. 4. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is allowed.
