Learned State Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that in compliance with the earlier orders of this Court, the 4th respondent vide order dated 25.10.2025 has held that encroachments in the form of trees need not be removed and the encroachments in the form of paddy cultivation were removed on 10.03.2026. He submits that as against the aforesaid order dated 25.10.2025, the 8th respondent has filed an appeal before the second respondent and the same is pending consideration. He would, therefore, submit that any further action whatsoever shall be based on the outcome of the pending appeal. Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned State Government Pleader, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
