Affidavit of service, as filed, be kept with the record. 2. The petitioner’s grievance has been carried before the Debts Recovery Tribunal-III (DRT), which is presently not sitting. The Presiding Officer, in charge of the determination of the Debts Recovery Tribunal-III, as informed by the parties, is the Debts Recovery Tribunal-II, Kolkata. 3. Both Mr. Sengupta, learned Advocate for the petitioner and Mr. Ali, learned Advocate for the Bank, have informed this Court that the matter is appearing in the list today before the DRT as Item No. 19 being I.A. 5194 of 2025. 4. Since the process for taking possession has been fixed on 20.01.2026, on the prayer of both parties, I direct the DRT- II, Kolkata to take up the Item No. 19 of the list of DRT-III today itself and to dispose of the same positively by 19.01.2026. 5.
