Mr. K. Chowdhury
… for the Petitioner(s)
Ms. Arushi Rathore Mr. Dipayan Dan
… for the State-respondent(s)
Learned advocate for the petitioner after hearing is completed submits that he do not intend to press the application. State submits that there are four antecedents of the present petitioner, although, the same is not under the NDPS Act but under the dacoity and Arms Act at different police stations. Having considered the same and the fact that there are commercial quantities of seizure in the present case, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Hence, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is Rejected.
2 Accordingly, CRM (NDPS) 2110 of 2026 is dismissed. Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of. Memo of evidence submitted be kept with the record. Parties to act on a server copy of this order duly collected from the official website of the Hon’ble High Court, Calcutta.
