3. Present bail application is moved by the applicant-Kuldeep Singh, who is in judicial custody in connection with FIR/Case Crime No.02 of 2026 under Section 8/21 of NDPS Act registered at P.S. Nanakmatta, District Udham Singh Nagar during the pendency of trial before the court below.
4. Heard learned counsel for the parties.
5. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicant was arrested only on the basis of suspicion; he submits that the alleged contraband was of 19.15 gram which is too much below commercial quantity. He submits that applicant is a young boy of 20 years and he is an innocent person.
6. Learned State counsel has not opposed the bail application.
7. Considering the overall facts and circumstances of the case, the Applicant has made out a case for bail.
8. Accordingly, bail application is allowed. Let the Applicant be released on bail on furnishing a personal bond and two reliable sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the concerned court.
