JUSTICE S.R.KRISHNA KUMAR ORAL ORDER In this petition, petitioner seeks the following reliefs; (i) "Issue a Writ of Certiorari and quash the Order dated 23.06.2025, (Annexure F), passed by the 7th Respondent Kendra, under the Chairmanship of the 5th Respondent Director. (ii) Issue the Writ of Mandamus directing the Respondent No. 2, 5 & 7 to consider the Representation made by the Petitioner dated 10.05.2025 and 16.06.2025 (Annexure - C & E), and to provide the Gratuity and Leave Encashment Allowance to the Petitioner. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned CGPC for respondent No.1, learned counsel for respondent Nos.2 to 5, 7, learned counsel for respondent No.6 and perused the materials on record. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner on instruction submits that the petitioner would not press prayer No.1 and the present petition may be disposed of directing respondent Nos.2, 6 and 7 to consider the representation and take appropriate decision within stipulated time frame. 4. Submission is placed on record. 5. It is the grievance of the petitioner that his representations dated 10.05.2025 at Annexure and 16.06.2025 at Annexure - E submitted to the respondents has not been considered so far by them nor any order has been passed on the same. Under these circumstances, the petitioner is before this Court by way of the present petition. 6. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances and rival submissions, the respondents are hereby directed to address the grievances of the petitioner and consider his representations dated 10.05.2025 at Annexure and 16.06.2025 at Annexure - E and pass appropriate order / take appropriate decision in accordance with law, within a period of 2 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.
