No.13 of 2023 expeditiously and within a time bound schedule fixed by this Court without granting unnecessary adjournments and except for reasons recorded in writing. No.13 of 2026 on the file of the learned District Judge, Mayiladuthurai. 3. It is seen from the E.Court status that as early as in March, 2026, arguments have been heard and even in April, the Court has posted the matters for pronouncement of orders by 21.04.2026. In the light of above, I am inclined to entertain the revision and issue a direction to the learned District Judge, Mayiladuthurai. Mr.Rahul Balaji, learned counsel would also bring to my notice that now the matter is posted for orders to 09.07.2026. In the light of the above, and considering the fact that arguments were heard even in March 2026, it would suffice to direct the learned District Judge to dispose of the Execution Petition on merits and in accordance with law, on or before 20.07.2026, if not disposed of on 09.07.2026. 4. With the above directions, this Civil Revision Petition is allowed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
