After hearing arguments for some time, learned counsel for the applicant, without prejudice to his rights and contentions, does not press the present application at this stage. He, however, seeks liberty to file the application afresh at a subsequent stage, after he gets the copy of charge-sheet from the learned Trial Court. 5.
