Petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs:- “10.1 Issue an appropriate writ in the na- ture of mandamus and quash the orders dated 07.06.2025 r/w. The relieving order dated 09.06.2025 (Annexure P/1 (colly)). And the order dated 03.11.2025 (Annex- ure P-2, whereby the petitioner is being force to be posted from the present place of posting to the other place as explained above in a blatantly arbitrary and illegal manner. 10.2 Issue an appropriate writ in the na- ture of mandamus and direct the respon- dents to permit the petitioner to continue at the present place of posting as shown in the cause title above by declaring her not surplus there in terms of meaning of the scheme of rationalization. 10.3 Grant any other relief, which is deemed fit in the circumstances of the case.” 2. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner was posted as Teacher (Panchayat) after being promoted from the post of Assistant Teacher (Panchayat), however, petitioner has been transferred under the Rationalization Policy vide Annexuer P-1 mentioning him to be the Teacher (Arts) E-Cader. He also submits that in the transfer place of posting post of Teacher (Hindi) is not vacant. He lastly submits that petitioner has submitted a representation before DPI, Raipur, however, till date it has not been decided and hence direction be issued to take decision of the representation. 3 3. Learned counsel for Respondents/State submits that according to transfer policy the grievance of such a nature is to be considered by State Level Committee headed by DPI under the Regularization Policy. 4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the documents placed on record along with the writ petition. 5. In the aforementioned facts of the case, the petitioner is permitted to submit a fresh representation before the State Level Committee headed by DPI and if such a representation is submitted concerned authority shall consider and take decision on the representation to be submitted by petitioner, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a further period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the representation. 6.
