This Court has stayed the proclamation of attachment for sale, subject to a condition, and the said condition has also been complied with. In the light of the pendency of the said Writ Petition, the respondent cannot proceed further with the attachment and sale of the property. 2. In view of the above, this Contempt Petition is closed.
