(Crl) No.1788 of 2025 under the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971. 2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the documents placed on record. 3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the respondent, appeared in-person and through the learned Government Counsel (Crl.Side), filed an affidavit stating that order of this Court dated 26.12.2025 made in W.P. (Crl) No.1788 of 2025 has been complied with. 4. Since the order passed by this Court in W.P. (Crl) No.1788 of 2025 dated 26.12.2025 has been complied with by the respondent, there is no willful disobedience this Contempt Petition is closed.
