GP FOR PANCHAYAT RAJ RURAL DEV The Court made the following: 3 THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE BALAJI MEDAMALLI WRIT PETITION NO: 4610/2023 ORDER The Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging the proceedings issued by the 2nd Respondent bearing Rc.No.85/2021/EGS/HR, dated 13.02.2023, thereby rejecting the petitioner's appeal and confirming the order dated 16.11.2022 in Rc.No.85/2021/EGS/HR passed by the 3rd respondent, whereby the service of the petitioner was terminated from the post of Field Assistant working in Kesavarayunipalem Gram Panchayat, Laveru Mandal, Srikakulam District. 2. At the time of admission, this Court passed an order dated 24.02.2023 granting interim suspension as prayed for. Pursuant to the same, the respondents have reinstated the petitioner vide letter in Rc.No.85/2021/EGS/HR, dated 20.03.2023, and the petitioner is being continued as Field Assistant as on today. 3. Mr. Srinivas Ambati, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that nothing survives for adjudication in the present Writ Petition. 4. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
