Mr. Nagmani Tiwari, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent No.1 and 2 produces a demand draft bearing draft No.534314 of Rs.2,18, 241/- of 08.04.2026 in favour of the petitioner. 3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner accepts the demand draft. He submits that on payment of the same, the dispute which has been raised by filing this writ petition is resolved. 4. Thus, considering the consensus between the parties, the demand draft bearing draft No.534314 of Rs.2,18, 241/- of 08.04.2026 is handed over to the learned counsel for the petitioner, who in turn hand over the same to the petitioner and will obtain a receipt. 5.
