The present Writ Petition which is filed as a Public Interest Litigation seeks a direction to the respondent nos. 1 and 2 to set aside the Government Resolution dated 04/06/2019 and to implement the Rules of Admission, including the Stages IV, V and VI amongst the inter se merit of the Backward Class Categories’ Students from SC, ST, VJ, NT-1, NT-2, NT-3 and OBC in a fair manner. Other reliefs have also been sought. 3. Since the call is still not taken by the respondent nos. 1 and 2, we direct the respondent nos. 1 and 2 to treat the present petition as a representation and decide the same in accordance with law, expeditiously. 4.
