Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in the instant case because of wrong entry. The case is of the year 2022. Petitioner has been evading the process of law and has been very recently arrested on August, 2026. Having considered the same, I am of the opinion that this is not a fit case for granting bail at this stage. 2 Accordingly, prayer for bail in CRM (R) 110 of 2026 is dismissed. Memo of Evidence submitted by the State be kept with the record. All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court.
